About the Role
Provide joint leadership for oncology and haematology clinical trial pharmacy services at GSTT. Manage the setup, approval, and delivery of new and ongoing clinical trials, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective dispensing and record-keeping for investigational products. Monitor service quality through audits and prepare reports on performance and compliance. Liaise closely with research and development teams, investigators, and sponsors to evaluate trial feasibility and financial viability. Train and supervise pharmacy and OHCT staff, maintaining high professional standards and accountability. Contribute to national initiatives and represent GSTT at professional and research forums. Promote research, innovation, and the integration of evidence-based practice into clinical trials.
Experience
Proven experience in clinical trials pharmacy, particularly within oncology and haematology settings. Demonstrated ability to manage clinical trial services and lead multidisciplinary teams. Experience in auditing, compliance monitoring, and liaising with research stakeholders.

Qualifications
