About the Role
Aramark UK is recruiting two permanent Catering Assistants to join the team at the University of Westminster. You will serve food and beverages to students and college staff following prescribed methods of portioning, presentation, and combinations in line with company brand standards. Responsibilities include performing food preparation as directed by the Kitchen Manager, taking payments, restocking goods, ensuring appropriate merchandise displays, and maintaining cleanliness of back of house areas, counters, and light equipment. You will report any feedback, complaints, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards to your line manager and complete daily paperwork as assigned. Following food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements is essential. You will also undertake relevant training as required. Experience
Previous experience in a fast-paced catering environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
