About the Role
Aramark UK is recruiting two Hospitality Assistants to join the team at the University of Westminster. You will prepare and serve food, snacks, and beverages to customers in a professional and friendly manner. Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and enquiries is essential. You will maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across hospitality areas, kitchens, and function rooms. Responsibilities include setting up meeting and event rooms with refreshments, catering items, and required equipment, clearing tables, collecting used crockery, glassware, and service items, washing and returning crockery and cutlery, monitoring and replenishing stock levels, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of hospitality services while ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. Full training is provided. Experience
No formal experience required, but previous customer service or hospitality experience is advantageous.
