About the Role
As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Britannic Explorer, a Belmond Train, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for maintaining cabins and closely monitoring cleanliness and standards aboard the train. In this leadership role, you will lead by example to ensure a level of service that consistently exceeds customers’ expectations. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring team members’ effectiveness and implementing corrective actions when necessary, providing the correct equipment to enable successful task completion, and ensuring cabins and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness. Housekeepers tidy and clean cabins four times a day. You will also manage ordering linen and chemicals within budget, maintain stock levels, report maintenance issues accurately, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry. Experience in fixing tears, repairing seams, and performing garment alterations is required.

About you
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team. Proven organisational and strong administration skills. Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications
Relevant management or field/industry related diploma or degree.
