About the Role
Ekaya Housing Association is seeking a housing professional with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction. As a Housing and Support Team Leader, you will take a proactive, hands-on approach to lead and support your team effectively. Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders will be essential to your success.

You will be a personable and empathetic professional, committed to delivering first-class services and resident empowerment. Working closely with the Housing and Partnership Manager and other internal departments, you will ensure the voice of the customer is heard and valued. Experience
- Proven team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience in Supported Housing or related services.
- Experience working with vulnerable adults, including those with mental health needs, substance misuse, or homelessness.

Qualifications
