About the Role
Waltham Forest Housing Association (WFHA) is a progressive, values-driven social housing provider with 328 homes across Walthamstow, Leyton, Leytonstone and Chingford. We are tenant-focused, committed to tackling inequality, promoting inclusion, and are an anti-racist organisation.

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Housing Co-ordinator to join our small, close-knit team. This varied frontline role involves delivering high-quality housing management services, supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies, assisting with lettings and tenancy matters, and helping to maintain welcoming and well-managed housing schemes.

You will be visible on the ground, responding to housing enquiries, supporting tenant engagement, working collaboratively with colleagues and partners, and playing a key role in strengthening communication between WFHA and our tenants.

The role includes participation in the association’s out of hours on-call rota.

Experience
Proven experience delivering housing management services is essential. Experience in housing, customer service, or a tenant-focused environment is required. Expertise in Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams is essential for success in this role.
