About the Role

As an experienced HR Advisor, you will be a key member of the HR Advisory Team, delivering high-quality, responsive HR advice and employee relations support to managers and employees across multiple locations. You will provide expert guidance on a wide range of people management matters, ensuring consistent application of policies, procedures, and employment legislation. This role involves both remote and face-to-face advisory work, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and colleagues across Recruitment, HR Administration, Learning & Development, Training, and Legal to ensure a seamless employee experience. You will play a vital role in employee relations case management, supporting disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability, and organisational change processes. Requirements

Experience
- Proven HR advisory experience
- Substantial employee relations case management experience, including complex and sensitive issues to Tribunal level
- Experience working with confidential and sensitive data
- Contribution to delivery of HR projects and interventions
- Desirable: Experience in the health sector and multi-site working
- Desirable: Experience with Compass HR information system

- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels
- Solutions-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise workload, manage projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Effective conflict management and ability to overcome resistance
- Ability to work under pressure, use initiative, and recognise own limitations
- Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Desirable: Ability to use Excel formulae and pivot tables

Qualifications
- Associate membership of CIPD
- Educated to GCSE standard with A-C in Maths and English, or equivalent
