Hybrid - Remote working 2 days and office based 3 days at Greenwood Academy, Farnborough Rd, Birmingham B35 7NL (planned office relocation to Tamworth Enterprise College, Tamworth B77 2NE in late 2025/early 2026)

Full Time - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year with a generous annual leave entitlement of 33 days plus Bank Holidays

Salary
£28,624 - £29,572 per annum plus well-being cash plan, pension scheme (LGPS) and additional Lift Schools benefits

Do you want to make a real difference in education? Lift Schools is a network of schools with a clear mission: to provide an excellent education to every child - in every classroom, every day. We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive Midlands regional HR team. This exciting and varied role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations across schools in Birmingham, Tamworth, Burton Upon Trent and Loughborough, including several graded "outstanding" schools.

You will maintain a compliant and up-to-date Single Central Record (SCR), coordinate recruitment processes including interview scheduling, process new colleague appointment documentation such as offer letters and contracts, ensure timely and accurate payroll and benefits processing, maintain accurate HR trackers for each school and region, and manage onboarding of all new colleagues to the trust.

Experience
Experience of working in HR administration and with HR Management Systems is essential.

Qualifications
L2 qualifications - GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4) or equivalent.
