About the Role
Join the Millennium Family at our 4-star Millennium Hotel London Knightsbridge. We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to assist in the daily running of the Human Resources department, ensuring all M&C procedures and targets are met. Key responsibilities include supporting HR administration with the monthly reporting cycle, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence for the HR team. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees, providing assistance and guidance where necessary. Support with the employee life cycle including onboarding new starters, drafting contracts and HR communications, performance reviews, and exit interviews. Assist with employee relations matters, disciplinary and grievance processes. Maintain HR databases and employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Manage training administration via our e-learning platform and assist the HR Manager in delivering social events.

Requirements

Experience
Previous experience in HR at a similar level, preferably within 4-5* hotel or hospitality-related environments.

About you
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful with excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills with a positive and energetic nature. Ability to connect positively and engage with colleagues across HR and other hotel departments. Understanding of HR issues and ensuring compliance with Human Resources guidelines, policies, procedures, and employment law.

Qualifications
Proficient in IT systems including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and HRIS, with a positive approach to using systems and technology. Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom is required, with documented evidence to be provided during recruitment.
