About the Role
The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is seeking a Luggage Porter responsible for assisting arriving guests with their luggage and escorting them to their rooms. You will assist departing guests with their luggage and transportation requirements, follow up on miscellaneous guest requests, and support the Concierge on duty in providing excellent guest services. Key responsibilities include describing hotel services to guests and providing requested information, paging guests, delivering messages and packages, assisting with luggage handling for tour group check-ins, and performing any reasonable tasks assigned by the Concierge to ensure maximum guest satisfaction. This role requires handling luggage safely and efficiently, assisting with transportation arrangements, and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is an elegant contemporary 4-star hotel located just two minutes’ walk from High Street Kensington Underground station. Experience
