At our Spalding site, we produce a variety of products for major UK retailers including Morrisons, Co-op, Asda, Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Nando’s, and Pizza Hut. The site offers a restaurant with hot food available to all colleagues.

As a Hygiene Team Leader, you will work within our Food Production Halls, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness at the front of the production area while adhering to Health and Safety guidelines. Your duties will include removing stacks of trays and equipment for cleaning or storage in designated areas.

You will report directly to the Hygiene Manager and ensure the hygiene team operates efficiently and safely. Flexibility is required to cover absences or holidays within the team by performing basic hygiene tasks as needed.

Experience
Previous experience in a hygiene or food production environment is advantageous but not essential. A willingness to learn and work within a team is key.

No formal qualifications are required; however, a positive attitude and commitment to health and safety are essential.
