Job Advert We are seeking a highly skilled individual giving and legacy marketing lead, with extensive experience in individual giving, digital fundraising and legacy marketing. You will be joining a vibrant and dynamic team that is passionate about making the UK the best place to live for people with a learning disability. You will be responsible for setting and driving the strategy forward for the individual giving, legacy marketing, digital fundraising and wills and trusts teams. With around 3 direct line reports and a team of around 10 people, you will be responsible for ensuring all income and KPI targets are delivered across highly skilled and passionate teams. Do you have previous experience of leading a similar sized team and delivering 7 figure income targets? You will be skilled in growing income and driving improvements across teams so we are able to get the best possible outcomes for people with a learning disability.
