Key responsibilities include providing assurance visits, reviewing complaints, compliments, mortality reviews, and whistle-blows, offering advice, and identifying learning opportunities from these reviews. You will make confident judgements to ensure support is safe and reliable, promote best practices, and advise skilled teams on bridging gaps and recognising excellent practice.
