About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities and driving positive change? We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated Skills Coach to join our Supported Internship programme team in Kingston. This permanent role involves supporting learners with special educational needs (SEN) to complete all elements of the programme by providing tailored, 1-1 job coaching and helping develop employability skills. You will embed English and Maths learning in the workplace and be accountable for learner progression and achieving positive outcomes. The role aims to equip learners with the skills needed to secure sustained paid employment.

Experience
- Experience of supporting people with learning disabilities or SEN
- Experience of delivering against targets
- Knowledge of safe working practices
- Knowledge of the sector

About you
Effective communicator with good ICT skills, committed to making a difference and supporting learner progression in the workplace.

Qualifications
A-C/9-4 English & Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
