About the Role
Croydon’s Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Service - FJS plays a key role in delivering a robust and coordinated approach to tackling violence against women and girls (VAWG). We are seeking an Information Monitoring and Data Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will support the effective coordination of Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conferences (MARAC) and contribute to the provision of high-quality data to both internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collating, analysing, and reporting on a range of data, including performance metrics and benchmarking against national and local datasets
- Supporting managers and frontline staff with data collection and analysis to inform service delivery and development
- Working closely with the Intelligence and Performance Manager within the Violence Reduction Network
- Coordinating all aspects of partnership panels, including MARAC meetings, Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Panels, and Transitional Safeguarding Panels
- Taking accurate minutes and monitoring actions arising from multi-agency meetings

Experience
Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting is essential. Familiarity with multi-agency partnership working and coordinating meetings is highly desirable.
About You
You will be organised, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are important. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults is required.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in data management, administration, or a related field are preferred but not mandatory. A willingness to learn and develop within the role is essential.
