As an Interior Plant Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance of tropical plants across a diverse range of business environments, ensuring the highest level of service to our growing customer base. This is a fast-paced role within a friendly and welcoming team, offering excellent opportunities for progression and development within the interior and exterior planting sector.

Your main duties will include watering, feeding and pest control of live plant displays, replacing dead or overgrown plants, maintaining artificial plant displays, assisting with plant and seasonal installations, completing maintenance documentation, complying with health and safety standards, and building strong supplier and customer relationships. You will also be mindful of potential sales opportunities while performing your duties.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided. Plant knowledge would be beneficial.

About you
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You must always act professionally as a representative of the organisation, comply with all health and safety requirements, ensure client satisfaction, and be proactive in suggesting improvements. You will also be responsible for completing timesheets and paperwork promptly.

Qualifications
A full UK driving licence is required. A qualification in horticulture is desirable but not essential.
