About the Role
UNIQLO, a leading brand of the Fast Retailing Group and one of the largest apparel retailers globally, is recruiting an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join the EU team based in London. Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will work closely with internal departments and external suppliers at an EU level. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on IT infrastructure and network support experience who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site retail environment.
You will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the IT infrastructure that underpins UNIQLO's stores and offices across Europe. Key duties include managing network operations, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, maintaining system performance and security, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver reliable IT services. In addition to day-to-day operational support, you will contribute to infrastructure projects, new store openings, network deployments, and continuous improvements that enable the business to grow and operate efficiently.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years in IT Infrastructure, Network Support, or Systems Support roles with strong hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Solid knowledge of networking technologies including LAN, WAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and basic Cisco networking.
- Experience supporting Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, and Exchange.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- Proven track record delivering infrastructure projects, system rollouts, and new store or office technology deployments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across business functions and third-party suppliers.

Qualifications
Relevant IT certifications or qualifications are advantageous but not explicitly required. A strong practical background and positive attitude are essential.
