About the Role
The UNIQLO Management Candidate (UMC) Graduate Programme is a 12-month accelerated leadership journey designed for ambitious graduates ready to shape the future of one of the world's most dynamic global retailers. Throughout the programme, you will be supported by team members, managers, and senior leaders committed to fast-tracking your career. You will receive mentoring, direct communication with the COO, and training in store operations, finance, people management, and more. You will also participate in the UNIQLO Europe Leadership Convention in London and build a network of diverse and supportive colleagues united by a shared purpose.

Programme Structure
Months 1–4 | Discover the Business & Master the Foundations: Immerse yourself in the engine of UNIQLO — the stores. Learn on the shop floor to build a deep understanding of customers, products, and world-class operations. Key learning areas include customer service, product deliveries and replenishment, omni-channel and checkout operations, onboarding and training new starters, and product category management.

Months 5–6 | Step into Leadership: As a supervisor, lead teams on the shop floor, influence performance, and take on commercial responsibilities. Develop leadership skills by building trust, driving results, and supporting your colleagues. Responsibilities include team coordination and daily planning, developing colleague performance, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and ownership of a key subdivision.

Months 7–12 | Drive the Business: As an assistant manager, maintain a strong shop floor presence while working alongside the Store Manager to influence commercial decisions and operational strategy. Responsibilities include sales analytics and KPI performance, inventory and commercial planning, layout optimization and store standards, workforce planning aligned with sales forecasts, and team development and succession planning.

About You
- Bachelor's or master's degree with permanent work authorization in the UK, or a Graduate visa valid for at least 18 months from your start date.
- Ready to start full-time in January or September 2027.
- Minimum B2 level English proficiency.
- Flexible to work weekends and varied shifts.
- Open to relocation within the UK.
