You will partner in management by offering fresh ideas, relaying customer feedback to uncover new opportunities, and driving sales. As a Retail Specialist, you will build strong product knowledge and master day-to-day operations to confidently support customers and keep the store running smoothly.

Your responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service from fitting rooms to tills by being attentive and responsive
- Maintaining sales floor excellence by keeping the store clean, well-stocked, organised, and beautifully presented
- Managing sales and inventory by monitoring customer reactions and recommending adjustments to visual displays and stock levels
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a strong, united team
- Championing sustainability initiatives such as recycling programmes, repair services, and community activities
- Contributing to retail technology efforts including social media content creation, styling app, or livestream channel if interested

Experience
