Reporting to the Head of HR UK, you will collaborate closely with Store Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development (FRMIC), and Sustainability teams to shape and align HR strategy for local stores.

This role offers a unique opportunity for a retail HR generalist who thrives balancing operational, tactical, and strategic priorities. You will build trusted relationships with Store and Area Managers, providing practical support across a wide range of people matters. The successful candidate will bring a hands-on approach, sound HR judgement, and a continuous improvement mindset to develop fair, consistent, and effective people solutions.

Key responsibilities include:
- Organisational Transformation & Development: Collaborate with Store Operations and EU HQ to drive local projects linked to engagement surveys, improve processes and tools, support digital transformation, and enhance employee working conditions.
- HR Advisory & Employee Relations: Provide hands-on employee relations support, advise managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, and investigations, ensuring fair and legally compliant outcomes. Lead external employee relations matters and ensure HR operational excellence through regular store visits.
- Payroll & HR Analytics: Use data insights to inform business decisions, support compensation and benefits competitiveness, evaluate processes for efficiency, and redefine standards in hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development.
- Learning & Development: Partner with L&D to drive culture, leadership, and talent development initiatives aligned with store expansion plans.
- Recruitment: Manage new store recruitment projects, coordinate hiring plans, support recruitment process implementation, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on local UMC recruitment programs.

This role is part of the wider EU HR team, offering collaboration opportunities across regional departments and a hybrid working model that balances office, remote, and regional store work.
