About the Role

Your key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining sales floor excellence by keeping the store clean, well-stocked and organised, managing sales and inventory by monitoring customer reactions and adjusting displays and stock levels, collaborating with your team to create a strong and united environment, championing sustainability initiatives such as recycling and repair services, and contributing to retail technology efforts including social media campaigns, styling apps, or livestream channels. This role offers much more than selling clothes; it is about shaping memorable customer experiences and supporting the growth and evolution of the business.
