About the Role
Join the UNIQLO Loss Prevention Team as a Full Time Loss Prevention Associate responsible for all initiatives and daily tasks related to loss prevention and safety management under the direction of the Loss Prevention Manager. Your role will ensure the safety and well-being of all employees and company assets. Key responsibilities include training store employees on loss prevention and safety policies, detecting and capturing shoplifters according to company protocol, preparing incident, accident, and investigation reports, assisting management with employee policy investigations, maintaining confidentiality of investigations, supporting day-to-day store operations, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Experience
Basic knowledge of computer applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team is preferred.
