You will partner with management by offering fresh ideas, relaying customer feedback, and driving sales. As a Retail Specialist, you will build strong product knowledge and master day-to-day operations to confidently support customers and ensure smooth store functioning.

Your responsibilities include providing attentive customer service from fitting rooms to tills, maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and beautifully presented sales floor, monitoring customer reactions to recommend adjustments to displays and stock, collaborating with colleagues to build a strong team, championing sustainability initiatives such as recycling and repair services, and contributing to retail technology efforts including social media content and livestreams if interested.
