£34,359 - £37,505 pro rata, per annum (actual salary £20,615 - £22,503 per annum). Salary negotiable depending upon experience.
About the Role
As a Part Time Job Coach, you will make a powerful contribution to people across Westminster. Joining the newly established Sector-Based Work Academy Programmes team, you will play a vital role in supporting learners to overcome barriers and develop the skills, confidence and digital capabilities they need to access employment and learning opportunities. Your day-to-day activities will be varied and dynamic, including engaging with curriculum teams and DWP partners, helping learners create profiles online, and fine-tuning their CVs. Putting learners at the heart of everything you do, you will carry out employment and interview preparation to ensure they are job ready and progressing towards stable employment.

Experience
Proven experience supporting learners, customers or service users to achieve positive outcomes, particularly those requiring additional support to access employment or learning. Experience delivering workshops, group sessions or training activities is essential.
