About the Role
Are you passionate about making a difference and creating positive social impact? As a Job Search Coordinator, you'll play a transformational role in delivering job search support sessions. You'll ensure participants make quality applications tailored appropriately to enable them to gain sustainable employment, addressing complex and varied challenges along the way. You will deliver job search support sessions, guide participants in registering on appropriate job boards, create job search sessions on our CRM system, and maintain accurate electronic participant records. You'll also keep up to date with local labour market information to identify hidden employment opportunities.
Experience
Experience working in very busy environments.
About you
The ability to motivate, inspire, and challenge participants to achieve their fullest potential. Strong experience in delivering against and exceeding performance targets. Exceptional communication skills to inspire and influence participants while addressing their diverse needs. Flexible and creative in solving complex challenges. High-level digital literacy and excellent organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
Qualifications
Knowledge of the labour market, wider provision, and stakeholders local to the area in which you are applying.
