About the Role
Are you passionate about making a difference and creating positive social impact? As a Job Search Coordinator, you'll play a transformational role in delivering job search support sessions. You'll ensure participants make quality applications tailored appropriately to enable them to gain sustainable employment, addressing complex and varied challenges along the way. You will deliver job search support sessions, guiding participants to register on appropriate job boards, ensuring their digital profiles are up to date and visible to employers. You will create job search sessions on our CRM system, promote within the team to ensure maximum attendance, and meet and exceed all monthly performance targets and Key Performance Indicators. Building effective relationships and maintaining accurate electronic participant records will be key to your success, as well as keeping up to date with local labour market information.
Experience
Experience working in busy environments.
About you
The ability to motivate, inspire, and challenge participants to achieve their fullest potential. Strong experience in delivering against and exceeding performance targets. Exceptional communication skills to inspire and influence participants while addressing their diverse needs. Flexible and creative in solving complex challenges. High-level digital literacy and excellent organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
Qualifications
Knowledge of the labour market, wider provision, and stakeholders local to the area in which you are applying.
