About the Role
Are you passionate about making a difference and creating positive social impact? As a Job Search Coordinator, you'll play a transformational role in delivering job search support sessions. You will ensure participants make quality applications tailored appropriately to enable them to gain sustainable employment, addressing complex and varied challenges along the way.
Your key responsibilities will include delivering job search support sessions, guiding participants to register on appropriate job boards, and ensuring their digital profiles are up to date and visible to employers. You will create job search sessions on our CRM system and promote these within the team to ensure maximum attendance.
You will meet and exceed monthly performance targets and Key Performance Indicators, seeking feedback to continuously improve and deliver strong outcomes for participants and commissioners. Building effective and positive relationships and working collaboratively with participants and Restart Advisors will be essential.
Maintaining accurate electronic participant records reflecting the broad spectrum of support offered, from coaching through to employment placement, within required timescales and standards is a key part of the role. You will also keep up to date with local labour market information, including hidden employment opportunities and local recruitment practices.

Experience

- Knowledge of the local labour market, wider provision, and stakeholders

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied caseload and juggle multiple priorities
