About the Role
We are looking for a Part Time Sales Assistant with keyholding responsibilities who has a passion and flair for customer service to join our Wellbeing Hub at Liverpool St. You will provide an exceptional customer experience that is welcoming, genuine and aligned with our brand values. The role requires working well within a team, thriving under pressure, and reacting positively and calmly to change while maintaining professionalism at all times. You must have a natural interest in health and wellbeing and be eager to share your wellbeing journey, tips and advice with your team and customers. Responsibilities include delivering the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience, driving sales and company objectives, assisting the team and Store Manager with daily tasks, proactively contributing to the wellbeing of our planet and people, working on your own initiative, and maintaining company standards including housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising.

Experience
A love of customer service with the ability to inspire colleagues and customers alike. Experience working in retail or customer-facing roles is advantageous.

Confident communicator who treats everyone with honesty, kindness and respect. Able to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Meticulous attention to detail. Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite. Team player with a can-do attitude. Flexible to work retail hours including weekends and evenings.
