About the Role
Aramark UK is recruiting a permanent Catering Assistant to join the team at Waltham Forest College. This role involves serving food and beverages to students and college staff following prescribed methods of portioning, presentation, and combinations in line with company brand standards. You will perform food preparation as directed by the Kitchen Manager, take payments, restock goods, and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise. The role also includes cleaning back of house areas, counters, and light equipment, reporting any feedback, complaints, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards to your line manager, and completing daily paperwork as assigned. You will follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements and undertake relevant training as required. Experience
Previous experience in a fast-paced catering environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
