What you’ll do:
Ensure all team members adhere to food hygiene standards and procedures, reporting any issues to management.
Assist with basic food preparation as needed, such as peeling and chopping vegetables.
Manage the usage and stock of chemical products according to company procedures.
Maintain a consistently high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen, including all work surfaces, equipment, and storage areas.
Review team standards and implement additional cleaning tasks as required.
Oversee and support the washing of all kitchenware, cookware, and utensils.
Direct the deep cleaning of all kitchen equipment, floors, fridges, and storerooms.
Support the management of receiving and organization of food and supply deliveries.
Ensure stock is stored correctly and communicate when supplies are low.

Experience
Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have the legal right to work.
