About the Role
As a Land Development Manager at Rivan Industries, you will lead and oversee land development projects across the UK, ensuring successful planning, coordination, and delivery. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies to drive projects from inception through to completion. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills to manage complex developments and deliver value to the company.

Experience
Proven experience in land development management or a related field, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of UK planning regulations and land acquisition processes is essential.

You are able to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Qualifications
A relevant degree in land management, urban planning, civil engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. Professional certifications related to project management or land development will be an advantage.
