About the Role
Rivan Industries is seeking an experienced Land Development Manager to oversee and coordinate land development projects across the UK. This role involves managing all aspects of land acquisition, planning, and development to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with internal teams, external consultants, and local authorities to drive successful project outcomes while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a key leadership position offering the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of the company.

Experience
Proven experience in land development management or a related field, preferably within the UK market. Strong track record of successfully managing complex land development projects from inception through to completion.

About you
Highly organized and proactive with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capabilities are essential.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or professional qualification in land development, urban planning, civil engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. Membership of a relevant professional body is advantageous.
