About the Role
Join Thames Reach as a Lead Manager at Snow Hill Court, a fast-paced assessment centre providing short stay accommodation and wrap-around support for people experiencing street homelessness. The service operates 24 hours to ensure rapid assessment and referral to longer-term accommodation within 28 days. You will directly manage the staff team and oversee day-to-day operations, working closely with the Area Manager and external partners including health, substance use, and housing agencies. Your role will include developing partnerships, managing the locality, and maintaining strong relationships with neighbours. Experience
- Proven experience in organising and managing the operations of a complex and busy service
- Experience in directly managing staff and overseeing others
- Strong understanding of outcome-focused work and using data to inform service delivery
- Experience managing service finances effectively
