ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead Solution Architect with extensive experience in Digital Transformation of Banking Solutions! You'll be responsible for designing and implementing Pega-based solutions for our banking clients and help shape and delivery our strategy around PEGA based solutions. This is primarily a leadership role, but you'll also have extensive experience with Pega and building Pega CLM solutions so you can credibly guide the teams, shape the strategy and identify issues and solutions. Key Responsibilities will include: Leading the development of Pega-based solutions, from design to deployment, for our banking clients. Working closely with business colleagues to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Providing technical leadership and strategic guidance in the development and implementation of Pega-based solutions. Collaborating with development teams to ensure that solutions meet technical and functional requirements. Ensuring that solutions are secure and align with industry standards, such as Network and API security, and OAuth2.0. Providing guidance on cloud storage, database, and connectivity best practices. Managing Pega licenses and vendor relationships. Demonstrating your excellent communication and presentation skills and working with various teams across the bank to resolve the blockers and ensure delivery Building and training team members in various strategic locations to meet the demanding needs to build Pega solutions.
