The purpose of this post is to teach and assess a range of Business and AAT courses from Foundation Level 1 to Higher Education, and to support the Curriculum and Quality Team Manager in developing further courses.

Experience
- Relevant experience in Business-related subjects or business-related industry
- Experience of teaching in further education or working in a business-related industry

- Good communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and as part of a team
- Awareness and understanding of Prevent and Safeguarding initiatives and how to embed these into the curriculum
- Awareness and understanding of equal opportunities
- Appropriate IT skills relevant to the post or willingness to undertake training
Qualifications
- Qualification relevant to Business Studies, Accounting or related area
- Level 2 qualifications in both Maths and English
- Literacy and Numeracy qualification at Level 2
- Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one within an agreed timescale
- Training, Assessment & Quality Assurance (TAQA) qualifications for assessors and verifiers or commitment to attain these awards
