About the Role
As a Line Coordinator at Greencore Group, you will coordinate and supervise production line activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output in line with production plans, food safety standards, and company policies. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations on the production line, including staff deployment, quality monitoring, and compliance with health and safety procedures. Your responsibilities will include carrying out line start-up checks, resolving minor production issues, completing production paperwork accurately, and supporting the training and development of line operatives. You will also manage performance, attendance, and timekeeping while promoting a positive team culture and effective communication with engineering, technical, and warehouse teams.

Experience
- Supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
- Food or wider FMCG manufacturing experience is desirable
About you
- Ability to maintain and lead a team effectively
- Good level of English and Maths
- Basic understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards
- Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative
Qualifications
No specific qualifications required, but relevant manufacturing or supervisory qualifications would be advantageous.
