About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Auditor at Greencore, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality across our Heathrow site. You will monitor and audit Critical Control Points (CCPs), pre-requisite systems, and hygiene standards of personnel, environment, and equipment prior to and during production. Your responsibilities will include conducting investigative swabs, internal product and process audits, and in-house compliance audits to continually improve procedures in line with industry best practices and customer requirements.
You will analyse trends from site information such as non-conformances, complaints, and out of specification results to target improvements. Investigating and implementing corrective actions following non-conformances or customer complaints will be key, as well as liaising with other departments and suppliers to ensure full resolution.
Additionally, you will monitor start-up checks, update documentation when new machinery is introduced, and provide coaching and training to factory personnel at all levels on food safety and quality systems.
