About the Role
Are you an experienced Maintenance professional looking for your next challenge? Based in or around South West London, this is an excellent opportunity to join Arcus FM as a skilled Maintenance Technician. You will be part of a dynamic facilities maintenance team delivering both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple client sites.

In this role, you will enjoy a varied work environment, traveling to multiple locations within your area to handle repairs, maintenance tasks, and resolve defects to ensure sites remain fully operational and maintained to the highest standards.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering quality workmanship and first-time fixes where possible, providing excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction, and independently managing maintenance tasks across multiple trades such as patch plastering, carpentry, floor coverings, wall tiling, lock changes, and general repairs.

Experience
Time-served experience across multiple trades within a maintenance role is essential.

About you
Confident working independently and in customer-facing environments.
Comfortable using handheld IT equipment for work management and documentation.
Strong communication skills, reliability, and a good work ethic.
Sound awareness of Health & Safety regulations and solid knowledge of health & safety standards.
Full valid UK driver's license.

Qualifications
Desirable qualifications include NVQ, City & Guilds, BTEC, or equivalent in a building or maintenance-related trade.
Experience working in a multi-site retail maintenance environment is advantageous.
