About the Role
Are you an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer ready to take the next step in your career? Arcus FM is recruiting a dedicated Senior Multi Skilled Shift Engineer to join our Operations team. You will ensure the mechanical, electrical, and fabric infrastructure is well-maintained, compliant, and responsive to the needs of our site-based client in North West London.

In this role, you will support and work alongside onsite Multi Skilled Shift Engineers to deliver both planned and reactive maintenance services across our client portfolio using CAFM systems and handheld devices. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency in all engineering operations while upholding high standards aligned with company values.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years time-served experience in Electrical, Mechanical, or Fabric disciplines
- Experience working with CAFM systems and handheld devices
- Proven ability to deliver planned and reactive maintenance and meet SLA targets

About you
- Dedicated and proactive with a strong commitment to compliance and safety
- Able to work effectively within a shift team and provide cover during holidays and sickness
- Comfortable participating in minor engineering projects and reactive maintenance
- Willingness to be part of the out-of-hours call-out rota (approx. 1 in every 3 shifts)
- Full UK Driving Licence desirable

Qualifications
- City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical discipline (required)
- Desirable qualifications include City & Guilds Part 3 or NVQ Level 2, 2391 Inspection & Testing of Electrical Installations, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, IPAF / PASMA certification (within last 3 years), Valid First Aid certificate, and experience as an LV/HV Authorised Person
