Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 45 hours per week. Flexibility on Sunday shifts as required. On-call rota (1-4 or 1-8) depending on business needs.

Salary
£33,147 per annum including Night Shift Allowance of £3,595 per annum.

About the Role
Arcus FM is seeking a dedicated Water Leak Technician to join our friendly and dynamic team on a permanent night shift basis. You will be responsible for carrying out reactive and proactive water leak solutions on refrigeration equipment and pipework across various client stores. Your duties will include identifying sources of water leaks, repairing and replacing faulty pipework and components, clearing blockages, and maintaining internal drainage systems, drop down pipework, and dairy pump trays where appropriate.
You will provide a first line response to water leaks, effectively diagnose faults and failures, and escalate issues when necessary. Ensuring all jobs are completed within SLA timeframes and meeting relevant KPIs is essential. Compliance with Arcus health & safety procedures and client site requirements is mandatory.
Planning routes and managing daily workload efficiently is key, with a strong focus on prioritizing aged work orders and maintaining a first-time fix work ethic.

Experience
- Experience in water leak or drainage works is advantageous.
- Basic plumbing experience or knowledge is required.
- Basic electrical knowledge is desired but not essential.
- Other trade or industry qualifications and certifications are desirable but not essential.

Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
