About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Partner (Member) within the Nest Experience directorate, the Marketing Manager (Member) will develop and execute marketing communications strategies and plans that drive engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value of Nest members. This role supports the evolution of Nest from an operationally-driven service provider to a true partner throughout members’ lives.
The Marketing Manager will manage integrated member communications strategies to ensure members understand and appreciate the value of Nest’s propositions and are motivated to maintain and grow their contributions. They will also lead go-to-market communications plans for new member proposition launches.
This role requires a collegiate and collaborative working style, partnering closely with Member Proposition, In-Life Growth and Retention teams, and cross-functional teams including Data and Insights, Experience, and Operations to deliver a holistic approach to member retention and growth.
We seek a versatile, outcome-focused, and highly organised individual to take on this key role.

The Nest Experience directorate is responsible for developing and evolving customer propositions, service and experience design, brand and marketing, and working with delivery partners to ensure data and asset security. Key responsibilities include defining customer strategies, maintaining customer value propositions, and collaborating with partners to deliver a service that delights customers.

Requirements

Experience
- Proven experience delivering successful integrated marketing plans and taking new propositions to market.
- Experience creating and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across B2C Earned, Owned, and Paid channels, including digital advertising.
- Strong ability to interpret customer data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Understanding of target audiences and CRM methodologies.
- Knowledge of tracking, measurement, and reporting on ROI of multi-channel marketing activities.
- Demonstrable stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and gain support from peers and senior stakeholders.
