About the Role
UNIQLO, a leading brand of the Fast Retailing Group, is recruiting a Merchandising Admin Assistant to join the EU Merchandising Planning department within the womenswear team on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Merchandising Planner, you will work closely with merchandising and allocation teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of the UNIQLO range across the EU. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your career within fashion merchandising, supporting key merchandising activities including data entry, report preparation, sales and stock analysis, and competitor analysis. You will liaise with inventory control, stores, and head office in Tokyo, assist with re-pricing and markdown changes, and propose stock level improvements based on sales data. Additional responsibilities include ad-hoc administration within the merchandising function.

Experience
1-2 years of merchandising experience
Experience within an administrative role
Retail or fashion experience preferred

About You
Educated to degree level in merchandising or an analytical subject
Advanced Excel skills are essential
Strong numeracy and analytical abilities
IT proficient with acute attention to detail
Eager to learn and willing to take on additional responsibilities
Self-driven, organised and able to deliver results within deadlines
Proactive and able to use own initiative to resolve issues

Qualifications
Degree level education in merchandising or a related analytical field
