About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Midday Assistant with a real passion for working with children to create a rich, inclusive, and balanced environment. You will be positive, passionate, and enthusiastic, with the ability to instil these qualities in our students. This role supports children to achieve their absolute best by fostering a positive lunchtime experience.

A large part of your time will be spent outdoors supporting children’s learning and play in our lovely outdoor areas, as well as supervising in the dinner hall during lunch. You will be a positive and friendly team player dedicated to building strong relationships with children to boost their wellbeing and lunchtime enjoyment.

Experience
Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential. Enthusiasm and a genuine passion for supporting children are key.
