About the Role
Oasis Community Learning is seeking a creative Video & Design Assistant to join our National Communications & Marketing Team. This role combines a fully funded degree apprenticeship through university with practical, hands-on experience. You will plan, organise, film, and edit high-quality videos from concept to completion, working closely with our academies to capture stories that showcase our people, communities, and impact. Additionally, you will create engaging graphics, photography, and visual content for digital channels, collaborating with colleagues and creative agency partners to strengthen the Oasis brand. This is an excellent opportunity to earn a degree while developing your technical skills and building a professional portfolio alongside experienced communications colleagues.

Experience
Practical video production experience is essential. This may come from freelance work, personal projects, social media, or previous employment. A portfolio demonstrating creative ability is required; professional industry experience is not necessary.

Qualifications
This is a degree apprenticeship role, so you will earn a degree while you work. A portfolio of your work must be submitted with your application. An enhanced DBS check is required due to the nature of the role and working environment.
