About the Role
We are seeking a Mobilisation Manager who thrives on structure, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. In this role, you will support the mobilisation and standardisation of Workplace Experience across EMEA sites, ensuring consistent processes, compliant documentation, and efficient onboarding of new locations. You will work closely with in-country ISS teams to gather, validate and upload key information, maintaining clear oversight of each site’s mobilisation status. You will confidently drive compliance, track progress on Monday.com, and close gaps through strong stakeholder engagement. This role plays a key part in maintaining documentation quality, supporting operational administration, and ensuring every mobilisation is delivered with accuracy and consistency. You will coordinate mobilisation plans, maintain trackers, liaise with teams to identify risks and actions, and contribute to smooth delivery from mobilisation through to handover.

Experience
- Strong Facilities Management (FM) background, with understanding of risk assessments, engineering services, FM terminology and operational procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in mobilisation of client sites/buildings and transitional roadmaps.
- Solid Health & Safety knowledge and experience managing H&S compliance.
- High level of IT literacy, confident using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and Monday.com (or similar tools).
About you
- Comfortable managing documentation, reporting, commercial paperwork and SharePoint filing.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills to identify gaps, risks and required actions.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain consistent standards and alignment with Workplace Experience requirements.
- Proactive and able to contribute to operational tasks ensuring smooth delivery from mobilisation through to handover.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Health & Safety or related fields are advantageous but not explicitly stated as mandatory.
