Location
South London & surrounding area, including London Borough of Sutton. Mobile worker role with contractual hours to be worked from various locations such as resident homes with ad hoc office attendance as required.

Hours
Permanent, Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Opportunity to earn additional income from call outs and out of hours service.

Salary
£41,200 per annum

About the Role
Join the Customer Resolution Team at L&Q as a Multi Trade Plumber working on a permanent basis covering South London and neighbouring areas. You will be responsible for plumbing repairs and replacements including sinks, water tanks, and bathrooms. In addition to plumbing, you will apply associated skills in basic carpentry, tiling, mould treatment, painting/decorating, patch plastering repairs, and minor ground works.
As a complaint operative plumber, you will be the first line of contact for residents, delivering outstanding customer service and a right first-time approach to limit repeat visits and increase resident satisfaction.
A manual driving licence is essential as you will be provided with a company van for business use.
Core hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with flexibility for additional call outs.

Experience
- Sound working trade knowledge and experience, preferably qualified to City and Guilds or NVQ level or qualified by experience.
- Experience gained within maintenance, site and/or housing environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role for housing associations or local authorities preferred but not essential.
- Wide range of multi trade skills including plumbing and associated trades.
