About the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide an external service to residents on our Housing sites across the Kingston Borough. Responsibilities include sweeping, painting, gritting, leaf clearance, graffiti removal, jet washing, grounds maintenance such as hedge trimming and shrub work, bulky item removals, fly tip removals, and minor communal repairs. You will be expected to drive some of the Council vehicles (up to 3.5 tonnes) and take pride in the quality of your work. The role requires the ability to work independently or as part of a team and a general knowledge of the Kingston Borough.

Experience
Experience with general repairs, groundwork, painting, and bulky item removals is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications
A full valid UK driving licence with category B entitlement is essential for this role.
