£37,451 to £41,045 per annum (London weighted salary), dependent on experience
About the Role
Join our East London Housing Management Team at L&Q, one of the UK’s largest housing associations providing social and affordable homes. We are seeking two Neighbourhood Housing Leads: one permanent role covering Walthamstow and one 12-month fixed term contract covering Essex. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of our revamped Housing Management Team, delivering excellent services for residents and improving resident satisfaction.
In this role, you will support the Housing Management team to deliver a reliable, repeatable, and consistent service for residents. You will be the primary relationship holder for residents living in your patch, which will cover approximately 500 to 600 homes aligned with local authority areas. Your focus will be on building trust, ensuring residents have homes they are happy in, and driving improvements in service delivery.

Experience
Proven track record of building strong relationships with colleagues and residents. Demonstrable experience in a similar housing or customer-focused role. Experience managing a complex workload and meeting deadlines. Stakeholder management experience and ability to engage with a diverse customer base.

Able to challenge the business constructively to improve services. Strong time management skills and grit to manage competing priorities.
Must hold a valid driving license and have access to a car for work use.
