Salary
£35,951 to £39,531 per annum (London weighted salary) dependent on experience plus £1,300 ECU allowance*

About the Role
Join our South East and Kent Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) as a Neighbourhood Housing Lead and play a key role in delivering an excellent service for residents. This permanent role offers an agile working pattern with 1-2 days office attendance required at the London Stratford office.

As a Neighbourhood Housing Lead, you will support the Housing Management team to provide a reliable, repeatable, and consistent service for residents. You will be instrumental in improving resident satisfaction, building trust, and ensuring residents have homes they are happy in. You will be the primary relationship holder for residents within your patch, which will align with local authority areas and cover approximately 500–600 homes.

Requirements

Experience
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with colleagues and residents.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar housing or neighbourhood management role.
- Stakeholder management experience and ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
