Location
Flexible, floating role with no fixed patch across South West London. Reporting office at Morden Road, CR4 4DA.

Hours
Full Time - 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00. Agile working with 20% - 40% of hours worked from the reporting office/working location (hybrid working).

Salary
£37,451 to £41,045 per annum (London weighted salary) depending on experience, plus £1,300 ECU allowance (subject to policy requirements).

About the Role
Join our South West London team at L&Q as a flexible Neighbourhood Housing Lead. You will support the Housing Management team to deliver a reliable, repeatable, and consistent service for residents. Your role will be key to improving resident satisfaction, building trust, and ensuring residents have a home they are happy in. You will be the primary relationship holder for residents living in homes on your patch, which will cover approximately 500 – 600 homes aligned with local authority areas. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused team player to help deliver excellent service and make a positive impact in the community.

Requirements

Experience
Proven track record of building strong relationships with colleagues and residents. Demonstrable experience in a similar role is essential.

About you
You are a motivated, customer-focused individual with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You have a can-do attitude, grit, and determination to solve problems and keep promises to residents. You are willing to challenge the business to achieve the best outcomes and can manage a complex workload while meeting deadlines. You must hold a valid driving license and have access to a car for work use.

Qualifications
Possession of or ability to obtain a Basic Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) certificate is required to work within the team.
